"Frustrated over lack of access for our own personal investments, we initially developed a solution to help invest our own personal capital, as well as that of our friends and family. After realising the potential to help funds tap into pools of capital from their own network, we started using our regulatory and administrative infrastructure to help funds with individual investor access."
